Summer Camp

Leg Up Farm Camp is a weekly camp designed to promote independence, socialization, recreational skills, and confidence. Activities include: arts and crafts, sports, furry animals, and outdoor games. Leg Up Farm’s Summer Camp is presented by McKonkey Insurance & Benefits.

CAMP INFORMATION

• Cost: $375/week (multi-week, self-pay discounts available)

• Ages 6-21

• Camp runs from 9 am-2 pm each day

• If a TSS, nurse, or support staff is needed at home or school we require one for all camp hours attended by camper.

• Transportation is NOT provided.

• Snacks will be provided, but campers should bring their own lunch.

CAMP DATES

• Week One: June 9-13

• Week Two: June 16-20 — WEEK TWO IS FULL

• Week Three: June 23-27 — WEEK THREE IS FULL

• Week Four: July 7-11

• Week Five: July 14-18

• Week Six: July 28-August 1

• Week Seven: August 4-8 — WEEK SEVEN IS FULL
