Occupational Therapy

A child learns through play and their daily interactions with individuals in their environment. Occupational Therapy provide child-directed treatment to address a wide range of developmental needs to include:

  • Sensory processing/emotional regulation

  • Fine motor function and handwriting skills

  • Visual perceptual function

  • Self-help and feeding skills

  • Cognitive development

Occupational therapists will also assess a client’s needs for adaptive technology and medical equipment to fully integrate into their community setting.
