Amazing views of rolling hills and farm land offer an ideal backdrop for your reunion, corporate party, or other event. This pricing is for gatherings of more than 100 guests.
Rates are for the 2024 rental season. Rates are reviewed on an annual basis.
Cost: $1,200
Rental time up to 10 hours, which includes set up, tear down, and clean up.
Rental includes use of the pavilion, playground, music garden, games garden and patio. Two outdoor restrooms are available. No indoor access is available and staff members will not be on site to assist with your event.
50% non-refundable deposit is needed for date reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the event.
Renter must coordinate all catering, tent, table, and chair rentals from a third-party vendor. Leg Up Farm only provides the space and picnic tables, which are in the pavilion. (If picnic tables are moved from the pavilion, they must be moved back.)
Standard event insurance is required for all events.
