Favorite activity/what do you like to do?
I work hard all day and have two kids at home and when I am not with them I like to either relax at home or volunteer my time!
What’s your favorite food?
Steak!
What are you watching/streaming?
I love watching Reality TV, I love all the drama!
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Hawaii
Why do you support our mission and what gets you most excited about being on our board?
I support Leg Up Farm’s mission for so many reasons. I have been working with the organization since about 2012/2013 on the Development Committee and really enjoy helping to raise money and awareness in our community and most recently my son started speech therapy at Leg Up Farm in October of 2023. I am so excited to now be apart of another section of Leg Up Farm, learn and then help the community in a different way all while continuing to help our community and the clients involved.

Favorite activity/what do you like to do?
My favorite activity is being outside caring for the animals on our farm.
What’s your favorite food?
My favorite food is cooking a new recipe with my family.
What are you watching/streaming?
I am currently watching 1883 and just finished reading Elin Hildebrand’s Five Star Weekend.
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Too many places to choose, but most happy to come home!
Why do you support our mission and what gets you most excited about being on our board?
I am most excited to learn about all the programs Leg Up offers beyond the horses so I can help promote what Leg Up Farm does in any way possible out in the community.
Michael Andrews
Favorite activity/what do you like to do?
I enjoy running – I have run multiple ½ marathons and full marathons, including the 2022 Boston Marathon.
What’s your favorite food?
I grew up on a farm in Northwest OH and enjoy a good ribeye steak and baked potato.
What are you watching/streaming?
I enjoy watching sports, documentaries, and standup comedy specials. My favorite football teams are The Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Bengals. Most recently, I finished watching the Full Swing golf docuseries on Netflix.
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
I enjoy traveling and experiencing different places, foods, and activities. My wife and I went to Bar Harbor, ME on our honeymoon and I would go back in a heartbeat. I have also had the opportunity to travel out West (US) a few times and loved hiking and view of the mountains. Lastly, one place in the world that I have not traveled and would like to visit is the Mediterranean – Spain, South France, Italy, Greece or Croatia.
Why do you support our mission and what gets you most excited about being on our board?
As a former schoolteacher, I have an interest in helping children learn and reach their full potential. I support Leg Up Farm’s mission to enrich the lives of individuals and families with special needs. I am excited to serve on the board of such a remarkable organization!
